The item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.Once the return is received, a refund to your original payment method will be issue. If the payment is COD you will be asked to share your bank account details on the mail which will be a secured transaction.Once the item is dispatched from the seller you cannot request for the return until it reaches the given delivery address.
If the item is damaged then only it is eligible for return. Once the plastic is removed you cannot file for the return. You can request for the return in 7 days after the item has reached the delivery address.
