SANJANA COUTURE – CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE HANDLING POLICY

If a customer threatens, initiates, or files a payment dispute or chargeback, Sanjana Couture reserves the right to immediately pause all ongoing services, production modifications, goodwill accommodations, or additional support related to the disputed order until the matter is formally resolved.

All communication regarding disputes must remain professional, documented, and in written format wherever possible.

Sanjana Couture may compile and submit evidence including but not limited to:
- invoices,
- customer communications,
- WhatsApp chats,
- Instagram messages,
- approval confirmations,
- measurement submissions,
- production records,
- dispatch documentation,
- shipment tracking,
- delivery confirmation,
- packaging records,
- and photographic/video evidence

for the purpose of responding to disputes, fraud investigations, chargebacks, or legal proceedings.

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback without first attempting reasonable direct resolution with Sanjana Couture may be treated as abusive or fraudulent dispute activity where sufficient evidence of order authorization, production, and fulfillment exists.

Sanjana Couture reserves the right to pursue recovery of:
- chargeback fees,
- shipping expenses,
- production losses,
- legal expenses,
- collection costs,
- and associated damages resulting from illegitimate or abusive payment disputes.

The company further reserves the right to refuse future service to customers involved in fraudulent, abusive, or repeated dispute activity.
